All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment must be completed in full before production begins. Prices are listed in USD and include global delivery options to North America, Europe, UK, RU, Japan, Korea, and Southeast Asia.

Artwork production time ranges from 15–25 business days. Custom orders may require extended timelines. All custom designs are final and cannot be canceled or refunded once production starts.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Vespengelo ships worldwide with museum‑grade protective packaging. Delivery times vary by region. We are not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or delays caused by local authorities.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade, collectible, and customized nature of silicone art sculptures, returns and refunds are only accepted for damaged items upon delivery with photo proof.
