1. Non-Refundable Nature
All Vespengelo products, including museum‑grade trinity silicone art sculptures, custom artistic pigmentation, handcrafted artworks, and bespoke collector pieces are 100% custom made to order and classified as non-refundable items.
Once production, customization, or artistic creation has started, refunds are not available under any circumstances.
2. Order Cancellation
Cancellations are only permitted before production begins. After artwork crafting, material preparation, or pigmentation design has started, cancellations are not allowed and payments will not be refunded.
3. Payment & Production
Full payment is required to initiate production. All payments are final and non-refundable once the custom creation process has been activated.
4. Damage Upon Delivery
The only exception applies to items received with physical damage during shipping. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours with clear photo/video proof of packaging and damaged artwork.
Approved damage claims will be eligible for repair, replacement, or partial compensation at our sole discretion.
5. Global Service Regions
This refund policy applies to all customers worldwide, including North America, Europe, UK, RU, Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia, and all other international regions served by Vespengelo.
